If you have been scrolling through Bigg Boss clips lately, you have probably seen one name come up again and again: ScoutOP. A few years ago he was known mostly to mobile gamers. Today, search interest around him has jumped because of his entry into Bigg Boss 20, and people are typing everything from “scout op age” to “scout op gf” into Google.
This guide pulls the most searched questions into one place, using what has been publicly reported so far. It was last updated in October 2026, and since Bigg Boss moves fast, some details may change.
Who is ScoutOP?
ScoutOP is the gaming name of Tanmay Singh, an Indian esports player, streamer and content creator. He started his professional journey in 2018 during the early rise of PUBG Mobile in India and later became one of the best-known faces of BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India).
Over the years he has played for several organisations, including Team IND, Fnatic and Team XSpark, which he also owns. Fans know him for aggressive gameplay, bold in-game calls and a very direct personality on stream.
You can follow his gaming and daily content on his official Instagram account and his YouTube channel.
ScoutOP Real Name and Why He Is Called Scout
His real name is Tanmay Singh. According to an older interview that is widely quoted, the name “Scout” comes from a weapon in CS:GO, a game he played before PUBG Mobile. He used that gun so often that the nickname stuck, and “OP” was added later in his online handle.
ScoutOP Age and Date of Birth
ScoutOP was born on 30 July 1996, which makes him 30 years old as of October 2026. Several profiles list his birthplace as Valsad, Gujarat. Some older pages show a younger age, but that is usually because they were written before his latest birthday and never updated.
ScoutOP Height
There is no official statement from Scout about his height. Fan and profile sites commonly list it as around 5 ft 7 in (about 170 cm). Treat this as an unofficial estimate rather than a confirmed fact.
ScoutOP Esports Career in Short
Scout’s career is easier to understand as a timeline.
2018: First steps on the world stage
He led Team IND at the PUBG Mobile Star Challenge Asia finals in Thailand. The result was modest, a 16th place finish, but it was among the first times an Indian mobile team travelled abroad for an event like this.
2019: Breakthrough year
Team IND finished as runners-up in the PUBG Mobile Club Open Spring Split India. Later that year he moved to Fnatic, and his name was on the squad that took part in the PUBG Mobile All-Stars event and the Peacekeeper Elite Championship in China.
2020 to 2025: Teams, ownership and BGMI
He moved between major rosters, built Team XSpark and stayed a regular name in the BGMI scene. On 14 September 2025, after the BGMS 2025 Grand Finals, he announced his retirement from BGMI competition.
2026: Return and a new chapter
Liquipedia lists him as returning to competition in May 2026 with Quantum Sparks. A few months later, he stepped into reality television.
One honest note for readers: despite all this, Scout has never won a global title, a point he has spoken about himself over the years. That gap is part of why many fans see his story as one of persistence rather than trophies.
ScoutOP in Bigg Boss 20
Scout entered the Bigg Boss 20 house at the grand premiere on 6 September 2026, introduced by host Salman Khan. Multiple reports describe him as the first Indian esports athlete to appear on the show, which is why his entry became such a big talking point in the gaming community.
At the premiere he also said that he earns around Rs. 30 lakh per month through gaming, streaming, content creation and sponsorships. That figure comes from his own statement on the show, so it should be seen as a claim and not an audited number.
Since entering, he has stayed in the headlines for his arguments, his strategy and his equations with other housemates. For the latest episode-level updates, it is best to follow the official channels, since the situation inside the house changes almost daily.
ScoutOP Girlfriend: Who Is Kaashvi (Kashvi) Hiranandani?
This is one of the most searched topics around him right now, and people use different spellings such as Kashvi, Kaashvi and Kaashplays.
According to media reports, Scout is in a relationship with streamer Kaashvi Hiranandani, who is known online as KaashPlays. Reports also say she has been watching Bigg Boss episodes on her own streams and has shown support for him. Beyond what the two have shared publicly, there is little confirmed information, so it is better to avoid guesswork about their personal life.
Tanmay Singh is not publicly known to be married, so searches for “ScoutOP wife” do not have a confirmed answer.
Why Are People Searching for Love Gill and ScoutOP Together?
On 6 October 2026, entertainment sites reported a conversation inside the house in which Scout appeared to hint at developing feelings for fellow contestant Love Gill. He reportedly used gestures and writing on the grass while speaking to another housemate, and when asked directly about how he saw her, his answer was that he did not know.
The moment drew strong reactions from viewers, many of whom pointed out that he has a partner outside the house. Love Gill is an artist known for her work in music videos, television and Punjabi films.
It is worth remembering that Bigg Boss edits, clips and viewer opinions do not always show the full picture, so this is best treated as a reported moment and not as a final statement from anyone involved.
